i only started to get spots when pubity started this may affect but i'm not sure.
also why do i stop having spots for a while then they start again?

I'm not sure what you mean with spots.
My guess is teenagers get them more because of puberty. Go to a doctor, they'll know what to do to stop them, and more info.
