Honestly, I don't think pets would do a very good job sitting teenagers.
If, however, you are looking to get your teenagers started as pet sitters, about the best way is to assemble flyers with some qualifications of the kid(s) and simply go door to door and leave as a hand out. You also might advertise in Craig's List. Also advertise in church bulletins, on neighborhood bulletin boards, etc.
Realize that it is a good idea, for your own protection, to get the kids bonded even if they are just in it part time.
