Im remodeling my teenagers room does anyone have a great idea with?

he wants black of coarse i just don't want the whole room black .

he is not one of those kids that is all gothic and depressed . but he is layed back (not drugs) yes i do know him im willing to do it and have some great thought on what to do but would love to hear a few more and maybe a web site or some picture would be great.Im remodeling my teenagers room does anyone have a great idea with?
3 walls white, one black.

Gray metal loft bed, plaid gray/white/black bedding.

It'll look phenomenal with some black and white photographs of the city (bridges, buildings etc) at unique angles matted, and framed with sleek black shiny frames.Im remodeling my teenagers room does anyone have a great idea with?
I think a black and white theme is more versatile than just all black. It will also make the room look bigger. A black desk, vanity, and cabinets will look modern and be useful.

Good luck!
you can try light greys or silvers. anbd paint the edges of the door and the bottoms of the walls black. like if theres a seperator betwen the wall and the floor.

or you can ask him for what he thinks on the issue. i mean he needs to understand that a whole black roo might sound cool to his friends and him its gonna drive him mad in the long run because the colour is too imposing on the mind. he'll go crazy just like people trapped in a white room all day!

also incoporate glass. like one of those sheek modern glass desks with metal and black stuff around it. get a large smart looking one with a sheek black metallic lamp and metal black drawers to go under it. it will become afantastic study area trust me my sister and my cousin have one and its very cool looking and convenient.

just incorporate silver to calm the effect of the black.

go for high tech modern with a touch of teen.

let him make as many choiuces as possible and discuss with him what his ultimate vision of a room his. have him make sketches of what he wants!

oh... andmy question has to do with my room too... if you want, could you help me out at all? thanks!
